PAYMENT - method
We accept Visa, Mastercard and Paypal. If you have another payment method, please contact us.
If you prefer a payment method other than credit card or Paypal, your order will be processed and shipped as soon as the payment is clear.
We are using automated processes regarding your payment and we can assure you of a transaction as smooth as possible.
SHIPPING - informations
We ship worldwide. Your order is processed within 2 working hours and shipped within 5 working days (Mon - Fri).
Delivery usually takes 15 - 45 days through International Air Mail. We are not responsible for any post or customs delays.
By default we use Air Mail as our shipping method due to large box sizes.
In most countries, your package will be delivered to your door. In some others you will receive a notification slip and you will need to collect it from your nearest post office.
Once your item is shipped you will receive shipment information your package's tracking number. Handling cost includes insurance.
All of our products are packaged with care and our boxes are suitable for shipping. We guarantee that we will ship your order. Proof of dispatch avaliable whenever requested.

You have 7 (seven) calendar days to return an item from the date you received it.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it.
Your item needs to have the receipt or proof of purchase.
Refunds

item. We will immediately notify you on the status of your refund after inspecting the item.
If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your credit card (or original method of payment).
You will receive the credit within a certain amount of days, depending on your card issuer's policies.
Shipping
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are nonrefundable.
If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
